Job summary

Noble Biomaterials in Scranton, PA is seeking an Inspection Associate for a 1st shift role. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines in a fabric production setting.

The position offers weekly pay, full benefits starting after hire, and company-paid life and disability insurance, with 401(k) matching after six months and paid holidays/PTO. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime.
• Prior manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed.
• Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects.
• Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and work instructions.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area for efficiency.
• Assist with machine setups and changeovers as trained.
• Accurately enter data within PE/QAD/Infinity systems and learn additional systems as required.
• Complete required documentation related to fabric production processes.
• Adhere to quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare and generate test product samples and coordinate laboratory submissions.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Due to continued rapid growth in our Fabric Department, Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking an Inspection Associate on a 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday shift.

What You’ll Do:

Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment as needed

Perform quality checks and inspect finished products for defects

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and work instructions

Clean and maintain equipment and work area to ensure operational efficiency

Assist with machine setups and changeovers (as trained)

Accurately enter and maintain data within PE/QAD/Infinity systems; ability to learn and utilize additional systems as required.

Learn, understand, and complete required documentation related to fabric production processes.

Adhere to all quality standards and procedures.

Prepare and generate test product samples and coordinate submission to laboratories for testing.

Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
