Job summary

Noble Biomaterials, Inc. in Scranton, PA is seeking a Textile Production Technician for the 2pm-12am, Monday-Thursday shift. Starting pay is $20.00/hour with an extra $1.00/hour after 3pm and an extra $1.50/hour after 11pm.

Weekly pay and full benefits begin on the first month after hire. The role involves measuring and mixing chemicals, adjusting process controls, moving fabric in chemical baths, data entry, and maintaining production records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Must wear a respirator frequently.
• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix chemicals following a recipe.
• Adjust controls according to regulations, monitor gauges and other instruments to maintain conditions.
• Submerge and move fabric in chemical bath adhering to specified processing times.
• Input data into computer system.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Complete production records and follow process instructions.
• Identify fabric types and check quality requirements.
• Run and troubleshoot machines and reactors.
• Prepare product samples for lab testing.
• Assist team members and cross-train in other areas.

• Extra $1.00/hour during 2nd shift hours (after 3pm)
• Extra $1.50/hour during 3rd shift hours (after 11pm)
