Job summary

Noble Biomaterials, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 3pm-11pm shift. You will record production data, enter daily information, and help follow recipes for chemical mixtures to produce quality materials used in military and medical applications.

This role requires basic computer, mechanical, and math skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Weekly pay and full benefits start after hire, with 401(k) matching after 6 months.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
  • Basic computer, mechanical, and math skills are needed.
  • willingness to work assigned shifts and occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain production data (temperatures, pressures, ingredients, test results, etc.).
  • Enter daily data into computer systems.
  • Follow production schedules and recipes for chemical mixtures.
  • Adjust equipment settings (temperature, pressure, flow, etc.) to meet requirements.
  • Monitor gauges, meters, and instruments to ensure proper operation.
  • Measure, weigh, and mix ingredients according to specifications.
  • Inspect equipment for leaks or malfunctions and report issues.
  • Collect and test product samples for quality checks.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
