Job summary

Teneo is seeking a Manager to lead day‑to‑day management of both new and existing insolvency appointments within the CPI Team. You will set strategy, ensure statutory compliance, manage investigations, stakeholder communications, financial analysis and asset realisation while supervising a team in Australia’s insolvency framework.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5+ years of corporate and personal insolvency experience.
• Advanced experience with insolvency case management systems.
• Strong working knowledge of statutory requirements and compliance deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of a portfolio of insolvency appointments from start to finish.
• Develop and implement case strategy with appointees and junior team members.
• Ensure case files are complete and maintained per firm procedures.
• Oversee statutory lodgements with ASIC, the ATO and AFSA.
• Prepare reports to creditors and stakeholders and manage external queries.
• Lead meetings of creditors and major stakeholders and provide updates to senior personnel.
• Coach and supervise junior staff and allocate resources to priorities.
• Direct investigations and asset realisation activities to maximise outcomes.
