Job summary

Clean Harbors is hiring InSite Technicians in the Cedar Hill area to perform a range of waste handling tasks at customer sites. You will be trained and supported to grow within the role while prioritizing safety and compliance.

The position is entry-level, with opportunities for advancement as you gain experience in chemical handling, waste packaging, and site operations. Full-time hours, company benefits, and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role requiring basic science curiosity and safety mindset.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test, and physical.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform waste pickups at customer facilities.
• Conduct chemical bulking and consolidation.
• Package and label waste to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Assist in spill response on customer sites as needed.
• Operate forklifts and inspect drums for integrity.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading of waste hauling vehicles.
• Conduct waste stream sampling and profiling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

InSite Technicians perform a wide range of tasks, including:

• Making waste pickups throughout a customer's facility;
• Conducting chemical bulking and consolidation;
• Packaging and labeling waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance;
• Participating in spill response on customer's site as needed;
• Operating forklifts;
• Inspecting drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance;
• Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles;
• Completing waste stream sampling and profiling.

QUALIFICATIONS
