Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an entry-level InSite Technician to join our safety-conscious team at the Sun Valley, CA site. You will perform a range of waste handling tasks, including pickups, bulking, labeling, and spill response, while supporting customers on-site.

This role offers hands-on training, a pathway to career growth, and competitive hourly pay with benefits after a short probation period.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Grade 4 Industrial Wastewater License preferred.
• Willingness to complete a background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Making waste pickups throughout a customer's facility.
• Conducting chemical bulking and consolidation.
• Packaging and labeling waste products to maximize efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Participating in spill response on customer's site as needed.
• Operating forklifts.
• Inspecting drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Ensuring the safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles.
• Completing waste stream sampling and profiling.
