Job summary

FMI, based in Arlington, VA, seeks a Director of Education (e-Learning) to lead FMI research and insights. The role collaborates with VP of Research & Insights and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge, actionable research for members and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• College degree in business, economics, psychology or sociology (preferred).
• Minimum of three to five years of experience in a similar role. Previous work in a Research department is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical methods, statistical applications, and data tabulation.
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Strong writing skills with an emphasis on proofreading and copyediting.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage research projects with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
• Manage development and review of survey instruments.
• Manage and review data collection, programming and sample management of surveys.
• Conduct data cleaning, tabulation, analysis and reporting.
• Prepare, proof, and edit reports, presentations and webinars for distribution and publication.
