FMI, based in Arlington, VA, seeks a Director of Education (e-Learning) to lead FMI research and insights. The role collaborates with VP of Research & Insights and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge, actionable research for members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities include managing surveys, data analysis, and developing updates for FMI staff and members. The position offers hybrid work with some in-office and remote days, and requires 3–5 years in a research-focused role.

Description
PrimaryPurpose:
To support and manage FMI research & insights initiatives on key industry issues and topics that are strategic and operational in nature. Analyze and disseminate data as well as industry insights to FMI members, associate members, industry stakeholders and the general public by assisting with the management of FMI’s research & insights strategy through various projects, programs, and studies.
Work with the Vice President, Research & Insights, along with the Marketing, Communications, Industry Relations, Government Relations and Membership teams to ensure FMI is providing cutting-edge, forward-thinking, relevant and actionable research and insights to meet the needs of the membership, the association, and the industry.

Pay Range:
$65,000 to $85,000 (annually)
This salary range reflects the minimum and maximum annual compensation for this position and has been established in good faith and in accordance with Virginia and federal law. Individual salary offers within this range will be based on the candidate\'s relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, and other job-related factors.
