Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking an Insights Director to lead enterprise-level measurement, analytics strategy, and client partnerships. The role will drive insights informing media planning and support growth for CPG clients in a remote-first environment.

You will architect holistic measurement frameworks, oversee multi-year learning agendas, and guide the move to modern measurement while maintaining executive relationships and driving incremental revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or management consulting.
• At least 4 years in a high-level, client-facing leadership role.
• Experience designing measurement frameworks for global brands.
• Deep familiarity with MMM and incremental testing; interpret results.
• CPG/Retail sector experience preferred; familiarity with IRI/Nielsen data.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level measurement frameworks capturing total business impact.
• Design multi-year learning agendas and testing roadmaps (incrementality, geo-testing).
• Guide transitions to modern measurement (MMM, unified measurement, privacy-safe data).
• Contextualize performance using CPG dynamics and benchmarks.
• Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders (VP and C-level).
• Identify opportunities for high-value analytics projects to grow revenue.
• Bridge Planning, Investment, and Strategy with data-driven insights.
• Mentor junior analysts in data storytelling and strategic thinking.
• Collaborate with BI and Data Engineering to support strategic vision.
• Translate complex stats into narratives; develop POVs on trends.
• Manage Analysts at Manager/Senior Analyst level; focus on development.
