Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. is seeking an Insights & Analytics Manager in Pittsburgh to support the Foods Division’s reporting, tool creation, and analytics capabilities.

You will build and maintain insights from syndicated and retailer data, and translate findings into compelling HQ stories for business units. You will train commercial teams on reports and tools, collaborate with Circana, Stratum, and Dunnhumby, and help drive growth through data-driven decision making across brand and

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience or relevant analytics experience.
• Advanced computer proficiency in Retail POS, Syndicated and Panel data; Microsoft Excel; Nielsen/Circana tools.
• Experience using shopper card data systems such as Dunnhumby, Stratum, Circana Gateway and others.
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Manages the creation, maintenance, and timely delivery of reporting that supports understanding of performance (Syndicated and BW data).
• Creates, maintains, and delivers tools supporting sales and marketing in insights delivery.
• Oversees templates/reports from syndicated data providers for quick data access; ensures accuracy and consistency.
• Ensures users have access to training, support, and high-quality service for reports and tools.
• Leads training and support to users; partners with IT for data lake integration and visualization access.
• Produces HQ stories using multiple data sources to support business units and brand teams.
