Job summary

Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. seeks an Insights & Analytics Manager to support the Foods Division with reporting, analytics, and data-supported decision making. You will manage syndicated and retailer data, build tools for sales and marketing, and translate data into HQ level insights for multiple business units.

You’ll train commercial teams, collaborate with Circana, Dunnhumby, and other data partners, and partner with IT to integrate data lake technologies and visualization platforms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry or relevant experience.
• Advanced computer proficiency in Retailer POS, Syndicated and Panel data.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with shopper card data systems (Dunnhumby, Stratum, Circana Gateway, etc.).
• Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages reporting of syndicated and BW data to support business performance.
• Creates tools to support sales and marketing insights delivery.
• Delivers templates/reports from syndicated data providers for quick access to insights.
• Provides system training and excellent customer service to commercial users.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives and partners with IT on data lake and visualization platforms.
