Fresh Del Monte Produce Inc. in Pittsburgh seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial FP&A to support pricing, trade and portfolio decisions. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to review drivers, performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights for forecasting and planning.

The role supports monthly close and consolidation with Accounting and helps to strengthen reporting and financial storytelling for senior leadership. A strong analytical mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; 5 years public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to drive results and influence cross-functional teams.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance reviews, KPIs, and pricing/mix analyses.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management for decisions.
• Support monthly close and consolidation with accounting teams.
• Prepare executive-ready decks and present insights to leadership.
• Monitor spend, forecast marketing expense, and model scenarios.
• Manage variance analysis and communicate risks to stakeholders.
