Job summary

Ipsos is seeking an Insights Analyst in Parsippany, NY, Norwalk, CT, or NYC to advance primary market research capabilities and data collection. You will craft discussion guides, draft data specs, and deliver analyses that align with client objectives while collaborating with teams to produce compelling insights.

Ideal candidates have about 1 year in market research or analytics, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Forsta Surveys.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in market research, data analytics, or marketing.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Experience with Forsta Surveys (Decipher/Focus Vision) preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, execution, and analysis of primary research activities, including crafting discussion guides and questionnaires, as well as consulting on and producing stimulus and field materials.
• Draft data specifications and verify data files.
• Conduct initial analysis of findings and tailor reporting to client objectives.
• Participate in client briefings and debriefs.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate insights that inform clients.
• Perform quality checks on key deliverables to ensure accuracy and high standards.
• Assist colleagues and client partners in using analytics to address business challenges.
• Cultivate understanding of relevant market sectors and competitor activities to strengthen client relationships.
• Develop skills for responsible and collaborative work, seeking growth opportunities through training.
