Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking a Security Incident & Insider Threat Risk Management Specialist (Mid) to manage incidents and insider threat operations for a federal agency in the National Capital Region. The role requires TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

The position is exempt with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 and opportunities for professional development within a dynamic security environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in security incident management or insider threat operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years in security incident management, insider threat, counterintelligence, or law enforcement; experience with case management and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of FIS and NITP.
• TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly_required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lifecycle of security incidents and insider threat cases from initial report to resolution.
• Triages and resolves incidents reported through incident response system and other channels.
• Coordinates case management with Security, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and the Office of the Inspector General.
• Develops insider threat risk assessments.
• Prepares briefing materials and executive summaries.
• Executes vetting checks for the agency Risk Mitigation program.
• Prepares Advisory Letters.
• Tracks incidents in centralized systems.
• Applies the National Insider Threat Policy.
