Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking an Insider Threat Detection Analyst to support a Federal Customer in the National Capital Region. The salary range for this exempt position is $90,000–$100,000 per year, with strong benefits and a 401K match.

The role emphasizes data analytics, data quality, and proactive threat detection. You will write SQL, Python, or R queries, develop dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, and collaborate with Detection Analysts to improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Provides data analytics and technical support to improve insider threat detection and program effectiveness.
• Analyzes insider threat data for patterns, trends, and anomalies; applies statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Writes SQL, Python, or R queries; cleans and validates datasets; builds and maintains dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and compliance reports.
• Develops data collection strategies and performance measures; and collaborates with Detection Analysts.
