Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking Insider Threat Detection Analysts to support a Federal Customer in the National Capital Region. The position offers a salary range of $90,000–$100,000 with strong benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 12 years of experience in lieu of degree (PWS Sec. 5).
• Minimum 8 years in insider threat analysis, counterintelligence, law enforcement, or computer network defense; proficiency with analytical tools, behavioral analysis, and multi-source intelligence integration.
• Demonstrated data analytics and visualization skills strongly desired given the duties.
• TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly Required

Responsibilities

• Provides data analytics and technical support to improve insider threat detection and program effectiveness
• Analyzes insider threat data for patterns, trends, and anomalies; applies statistical analysis and data modeling
• Writes SQL, Python, or R queries; cleans and validates datasets; builds and maintains dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) and compliance reports
• Develops data collection strategies and performance measures; and collaborates with Detection Analysts
