Job summary

Chainlink Labs seeks a Manager, Insider Trust to lead our Insider Trust function while remaining hands-on in investigations and detection development. This player-coach role protects sensitive data and strengthens our ability to identify and address concerning activity across the organization.

You will mentor the Insider Trust team, direct investigations of sensitive data, improve detections and workflows, collaborate with Legal, People, IT, and Security, and translate findings into concrete

Qualifications

• 7+ years in insider risk, detection engineering, security operations, or related field.
• 2+ years leading an insider risk or investigations team.
• Hands-on in technical investigations and detection development.
• Experience managing full investigation lifecycle with evidence and documentation.
• Knowledge of digital forensics, chain of custody, and incident coordination.
• Experience partnering with Legal and People on sensitive workforce investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor the Insider Trust team.
• Direct investigations involving sensitive data and systems.
• Build and improve detections, monitoring, and escalation workflows.
• Ensure investigations are timely, well documented, and evidence-based.
• Partner with Legal, People, IT, and Security throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify gaps and translate findings into technical and process improvements.
• Establish metrics demonstrating program effectiveness and coverage.
• Communicate sensitive findings to executives and staff levels.
