DSI in Lexington, Kentucky is hiring Retail Sales Associates to represent AT&T in a store-within-a-store setting. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless plans and devices, and close sales in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable in a high-traffic retail sales environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Basic technology proficiency (POS systems, mobile devices, tablets).
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a busy retail sales environment.
• Identify customer needs through consultative selling and active listening.
• Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, devices, plans, and services.
• Drive sales by meeting and exceeding goals.
• Process transactions, activate service plans, and complete sales accurately.
