Job summary

SmartStyle Hair Salon seeks an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding service in a high-traffic Walmart setting. You will oversee service delivery, support the Salon Leader, and drive guest satisfaction while guiding a team to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include delivering full hair services, maintaining technical standards, and contributing to marketing and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license is required.
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff.
• Passion for beauty trends and techniques.
• Ability to deliver quality services and exceptional customer care.
• Team player with leadership abilities.
• Multitask effectively with good judgment and speed.
• Clear communication with salon team, Wal‑Mart staff, vendors and customers.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• May require working alone in the salon.
