SmartStyle Hair Salon, located inside Walmart stores, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will supervise the salon team, deliver a full range of hair services, and contribute to achieving salon goals.

You’ll benefit from a built-in client base, ongoing training, and strong leadership support, with earnings through commissions on services (up to 60%) and retail (up to 25%), plus weekly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology license.
