SmartStyle Hair Salon in Walmart stores is seeking a dynamic Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. You will lead a team, drive sales, manage scheduling and inventory, and maintain a welcoming environment for clients and staff.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and the ability to connect with clients while maintaining high service standards. Cosmetology license required; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license.
• Previous leadership experience in a salon is preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication with clients and staff alike.
• Passion for beauty trends and techniques.
• Ability to read and analyze salon reports.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
