Qualifications

• Transportation experience is required.
• An Associate's degree or higher is required, or 1-3 years relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and carrier inboxes
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Track active loads and update ETAs in the system
• Monitor exceptions and proactively communicate delays or issues
• Complete and action daily operational reports
• Identify overdue or at-risk units
• Ensure follow-ups are documented and resolved
• Collaborate with dispatch teams and senior personnel to resolve load-related challenges.
