Job summary

The Inside Technical Sales Engineer at Crane Resistoflex focuses on providing product application expertise, technical documentation, quotation support, and commercial guidance to ensure accurate product selection and timely order execution for the Flexible products line.

You will develop quotes, support revisions, collaborate with Field Sales, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain, and help convert opportunities into orders while maintaining thorough documentation and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong time management.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, competitive, and a team player.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a relationship with Field Sales to ensure closed loop communication.
• Providing quotations, both verbal and written in a timely manner; track quotation activity and support quotation systems.
• Analyze initial commercial and technical specifications to ensure bid compliance and look for margins improvements.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain and others for quotation responses and approvals.
• Process and clarify POs, enter SOs, and support contract management for timely manufacture and shipping.
• Maintain SO files and communicate RFCs/COs and ensure proper documentation throughout the organization.
