Job summary

Olympia Entertainment in Detroit seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive ticket package sales for all sports and entertainment through cold calling and new business development.

You will build relationships with new clients and strengthen ties with existing customers while meeting sales goals and managing orders and follow-ups. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong phone skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office during busy event cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; one year of related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ticketing sources helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Research and prospect new leads for all sports and entertainment ticket packages.
• Make a minimum of 75 outgoing cold calls per day to generate new business.
• Set at least 10 face-to-face appointments per week.
• Handle incoming calls from sales prospects and process ticket orders.
• Provide excellent customer service to generate new clients and referrals.
• Promote sales programs during events and activities.
• Maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
