Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 months previous Commercial Service Tire or related experience preferred.
• Must possess a mechanical aptitude.
• Strong oral and written communication ability.
• Commitment to safety procedures and working in a safe manner.

Responsibilities

• Service Commercial Tires, including dismounting and mounting tires.
• Train to perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout checks.
• Inflate tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Determine repairable tire conditions and perform repairs.
• Remove tires for retreading or repair as needed.
• Submit accurate service tickets to management.
• Maintain service equipment and work area in a clean condition.
• Provide exceptional service to meet location and customer goals.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
