Sales Manager at CR Doors & Professional Educator

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Proactively find & call new leads daily to discuss door and material needs of potential customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Establish and maintain working relationships with current and prospective customers to sell products, resolve problems, and answer questions
- Use ERP/CRM software provided to create, modify, follow-up with & monitor quotes & sales orders
to assure that the customer is being helped & to identify opportunities to develop additional business
- Investigate new opportunities and products
- Research project requirements and determine the best options for customers
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge in all communications
- Work closely with managers to determine customer requirements, coordinate the availability of products, and evaluate costs & pricing
- Process cancellations of, or changes in sales orders & communicate the changes with appropriate departments
- Ensure deposits & payments are made for sales orders
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Knowledge base of doors & building materials
- Network of contacts in the construction industry
- Attention to detail and the ability to take accurate measurements & understand that proposals meet customer’s needs
- Prior sales experience (preferred but not required)
- Motivation with a strong drive to grow sales & your own earnings
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM applications and Microsoft Office
- Ability to think technically and understand products & installation techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management & prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team, with a humble positive attitude
- Openness to sales coaching & working with a sound process
- Personable, professional, & social, for building rapport with co-workers & customers
- Ability to relate to customers & their needs both on the phone and in-person
- Ability to provide excellent customer service experiences
- Professional appearance
PAY: Depends on Experience (D.O.E.), plus uncapped commissions
SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
