Job summary

Glass Doctor is seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative in Maumee, OH, to handle sales and support calls for automotive and residential glass services.

You will guide customers from first contact to handoff with technicians, generate sales, manage service requests, and ensure a delightful customer experience.

Position Description:

As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on sales and support calls. This position is responsible for handling customers from the start of their experience with Glass Doctor until the handoff with the technician. You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer feedback. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and close quotes.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
