Job summary

An auto glass service provider in Glen Allen is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to oversee the installation and repair of auto glass. This role requires physical ability, auto glass experience, and excellent communication skills. Competitive pay rates of $22.00 to $33.00 per hour based on experience are offered along with additional performance bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the auto glass industry.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields.
• Lead/Master Technician experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures.
• Help ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of installation supplies on vehicle.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.

The Auto Glass Technician is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. Specific Responsibilities:

• Conduct repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures
• Help ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of installation supplies on vehicle
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Execute Service with Advanced Training (SWAT)
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions
