Job summary

A well-known service provider based in Tacoma is seeking an Auto Glass Technician to perform installation and repair of auto glass. The role requires prior experience in the auto glass industry and the ability to use modern technology for calibration. The Auto Glass Technician is a key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass. We are looking to build a world‑class team of Technicians to support $1.5 million in revenue (5 Techs). We use the latest technology including Mobile Tablets and the Opti‑Aim Calibration Tool for today’s more sophisticated vehicles. Specific Responsibilities:

• Repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified procedures.
• Complete calibrations of camera's and Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) using our Opti‑Aim technology.
• Help insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicle.
• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
• Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required.
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions.
