Responsibilities

• Listen to and identify customer needs
• Proactively identify and resolve problems
• Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders in Sage 100 ERP
• Collaborate with outside sales to build relationships and drive sales
• Determine best product offerings based on customer needs and budget
• Monitor order fulfillment and communicate changes
• Maintain customer and vendor relationships in person and by phone
• Receive, ship, and count stock; operate forklift; valid license required
