Dykman Electrical is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales professional to drive growth across our Northwest territory. You will develop long-term customer relationships, understand Dykman solutions, and identify opportunities for profitable growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will hunt for new business, provide tailored product recommendations, and collaborate with vendors to deliver the best solutions. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; relevant experience is a plus.
• Able to work non-traditional hours during breakdowns.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed personal goals.
• Develop deep expertise in Dykman solutions and competetitive offerings.
• Identify and win new business within core offerings and territory.
• Prepare and submit quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders in Sage 100 ERP.
• Coordinate customer trainings and events like lunch and learn sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
