Job summary

Air Equipment Company is seeking a high-impact Parts Manager to own a multi-location parts business with significant untapped growth. You’ll drive performance across sales, operations, inventory, and customer experience—while partnering with service and equipment teams to create a seamless, best-in-class operation.

You’ll lead inside and outside sales, warehouse teams, and build a high-accountability culture. A hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who can scale the business is required.

Qualifications

  • 5–10+ years in parts, distribution, or supply chain leadership.
  • Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or industrial distribution strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving growth, improving operations, and leading teams.
  • Strong business acumen (pricing, margins, inventory, KPIs).
  • Hands-on, player-coach mentality—you lead from the floor, not just the office.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action.

Parts Manager

We’re looking for a high-impact Parts Manager to take ownership of a multi-location parts business with significant untapped growth.

This is not a “keep things running” role—this is abuild, optimize, and scale opportunity for someone who thinks like an owner and leads from the front.

You’ll operate as the business leader for parts—driving performance across sales, operations, inventory, and customer experience—while partnering across service and equipment teams to create a seamless, best-in-class operation.
