Weimer Bearing is seeking a Warehouse/Inside Sales Associate for our Desoto/Dallas, Texas location. This hands-on role blends shipping, receiving, and inside sales duties with an emphasis on accuracy and safety.

You will participate in a training program to learn our products and services, handle orders, assist with local deliveries, and maintain organized, clean facilities. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years warehouse experience.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of products and materials.
• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders.
• Light mechanical assembly.
• Inventory counting, stocking, and cycle counts.
• Local deliveries to customers as needed.
• Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Assisting with special warehouse projects and other duties as assigned.
• Inside Sales duties - quoting, entering orders, expediting, processing returns.
• Go through a comprehensive training program to learn our products & services.
• Other inside sales related tasks.
