Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, related experience helpful.
• Ideally 2–5 years in industrial retail, inside sales, customer service or inventory.
• Valid driver's license; able to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in SAP, including cash and charge orders.
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Support branch growth and outreach with customers to build relationships.
• Maintain inventory, pricing accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate deliveries, restock, and assist with transfers as needed.
