What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
- Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls to tailor treatment recommendations for customers
- Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport with clients
- Present professional and compelling treatment plans, helping customers feel confident in their choices
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences and address customer concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
- Exceptional consultative sales abilities with strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands

- Experience in the aesthetic industry or similar high-ticket sales environments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive setting
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and educate clients effectively
