Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial consultations and virtually sell aesthetic dermatology services to new and existing patients
• Overcome objections and build rapport with patients to close sales
• Evaluate patient goals and recommend new services
• Prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit and Loan Hero
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Work one weekend shift per week

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of sales experience with an emphasis on business development and cold calling
• Proven experience in overcoming client objections and strong negotiating skills
• Ability to work remotely with a self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
• Experience with Zoom, Docusign, Slack, and 8x8 is a plus

Compensation:

Employer offers a generous pay structure with a $2,000 monthly draw plus uncapped commission. Our reps average $7,000-12,000 take-home in commission, and top sellers make over 20k per month.
