Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Technician in Monett, MO to partner with the sales team, estimators and project managers. You will ensure accurate processing of estimates and orders, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain schedules while supporting multiple departments.

The role emphasizes customer service, data accuracy, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment with occasional site visits and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a RFQ from materials, elevation takeoffs, plans and specs.
• Price storefronts, curtain walls, doors using Price Book or Glaziers Studio.
• Process orders and coordinate with other departments for timely delivery.
• Generate material lists and elevation takeoffs from drawings.
• Prepare and submit project submittals, samples, mockups.
• Verify quote accuracy by cross referencing RFQ.
