Job summary

Lincare Holdings is seeking the Lead of Inside Sales to provide leadership for Inside Sales Representatives, guide customer servicing, and drive call center performance.

You will oversee workload, coaching, training, and new initiatives to meet targets, while ensuring professional and courteous interactions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED; 4–6 years in customer service/call center work; 1–2 years in inside phone sales; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4–6 years of customer service/call center experience.
• 1–2 years of inside phone sales experience.
• Supervision experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to Inside Sales Representatives managing and providing direction.
• Oversee agent workload and ensure SOPs are efficient and maximize performance.
• Focus the team on current business goals and maintain performance.
• Ensure team members interact professionally and courteously.
• Participate in and monitor new initiatives to enhance team performance.
• Oversee training of new Representatives and refresher sessions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Ensure activities support organizational targets.
