Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) experience is preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, provide feedback to the sales team, and to meet goals.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
• Improve internal processes by utilizing Salesforce for accurate data entry, improve efficiency, and sales reporting.
• Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new sales team members.
• Manages daily team functions and checks for workflow errors and inconsistencies.
• Develops, implements and maintains standard operating procedures, practices and work instructions.
• Researches and resolves order processing problems; may be personally responsible for receiving complex or high value orders, or orders from key customers or accounts.
