You will mentor staff, review entries, and partner with SBU, Division and Corporate Accounting. The role oversees the monthly close, balance sheet reconciliations, internal controls, and audit outcomes while coordinating across sections to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years supervising accounting staff.
• Familiarity with IFRS accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages departmental staffing and resource planning for accounting groups.
• Leads hiring, interview, selection, and onboarding for the accounting team.
• Oversees monthly close process and ensures IFRS-compliant financial statements are delivered on schedule.
• Reviews and approves team accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Works with multiple sections to ensure internal controls and accurate reporting.
