Position Overview:As an Inside Sales & Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for selling low-cost WiFi plans to consumers across the country. This role is commission-based and offers the flexibility to work from home. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving our business forward.
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact potential customers through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Sales Presentations: Present and explain our affordable WiFi plans to prospective customers, addressing their needs and answering any questions they may have.
- Customer Enrollment: Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and prospects to follow up on inquiries, overcome objections, and close sales.
Support Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing assistance to customers for both inside and outside sales by addressing any issues or concerns, offering troubleshooting help, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution: Act promptly to resolve any problems or questions that arise during and after the enrollment process for inside and outside sales.
- Information Provision: Offer additional information about services, promotions, and account management to support customers’ needs for inside and outside sales.
- Record Keeping: Accurately document interactions, customer details, and sales progress using our CRM system for inside and outside sales.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on your sales performance, including sales volume and conversion rates for inside and outside sales.
Requirements:
- Sales Experience:Previous experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role, is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focus:Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping customers find the best solutions for their needs.
- Self-Motivation:Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet sales targets in a remote work environment.
- Tech-Savvy:Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, and proficient with basic computer applications.
- Bilingual:Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow you to reach a broader customer base and enhance our service to Spanish-speaking customers.
Work Schedule:
- Minimum of 20 hours per week.

Compensation:
- Commission-Based:Earnings are based on the number of sales made. The more you sell, the more you earn. You can earn as much as $500-$1000 a week or more!
