Job Title: XLTEK Application Support Specialist

Type: Contract (5 months)

Location: Remote

Compensation: $65/hr-$75/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled XLTEK Application Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel to the client site as needed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network and technical issues related to the XLTEK application, ensuring its efficient operation, and leading best practices with the client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for XLTEK application support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and technical issues with the application.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement best practices to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure the application runs efficiently.
  • Work closely with developers and analysts to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, preferably with XLTEK or similar applications.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network and technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in a developer or analyst role is preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to the client site as needed
