The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site, full-time position at Camfil's Denver facility.

Qualifications

  • AA from accredited school preferred; High School Diploma required.
  • 3–7 years in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Word and Excel).
  • Knowledge of an ERP system.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication with management and staff.
  • General mathematics skills.
  • Ability to sit/stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders: entry, status updates, and notifications.
  • Maintain service accounts and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist Sales staff: CRM, quoting, pricing, and issue resolution.
  • Pursue inactive accounts and reactivate sales revenue.
  • Suggest process improvements for order entry.
  • Support additional TSMs as needed.

SUMMARY:

Camfil, a world leader in air filtration products and services, is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of inside sales support. This position supports the sales team being their main contact point. The Company's replacement filter products (ASHRAE filters and HEPA/ULPA filters) are typically sold to and used by hospitals, schools/universities, food and beverage producers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, general manufacturing, commercial office buildings, and mechanical contractors. The ideal candidate has sales & customer relationship experience. Strong computer skills are a must as Camfil uses Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Microsoft Dynamics. Good organization and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently are all very important. Inside sales often will prepare and send prospects and customers proposals, quotations, information, drawings, etc. Phone skills will be beneficial as this position will contact prospects and customers regularly. This is a Business to Business inside sales position that is a key component of our sales team. Camfil USA has a philosophy of selling clean air solutions which takes an elevated approach to the sales process described as total cost of operation (TCO). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for all customer orders related to:
    • Order entry
    • Order status updates
    • Customer notification & follow up
    • Primary point of contact for all customer communication
    • Identify product options based customer needs
    • Proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Maintaining Service Accounts.
  • Effectively provides excellent Customer Service to both internal and external customers.
  • Assist Sales Staff on a daily basis related to:
    • CRM, including training for local branches.
    • Quoting
    • Customer issues/requests, etc.
    • Pricing
  • Pursue inactive accounts.
  • Update all information to current with the goal of reactivating and acquiring new sales revenue - minimum of ( 2 ) month.
  • Identify 3 process improvement areas related to order entry with the goal of improving efficiencies and eliminating any reworks.
  • Responsible to assist additional TSM's as required.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: AA from accredited school preferred, Minimum High School Diploma.
  • Experience of 3-7 years in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Word and Excel).
  • Knowledge of an ERP system.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and written to Management and employees of organization.
  • General mathematics skills required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk for long period of times. The employee is required to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to office, warehouse, and plant environments. The work environment will require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
