What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound customer calls and requests for quotes and orders, maintaining customer data and providing access to internal systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to align sales strategies and ensure sales success through dealer development efforts
- Prepare and submit sales reports, providing insights into sales performance and customer credit information
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products and services to effectively support sales associates
- Attend customer sales calls and trade shows to foster relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of related B2B customer experience
- Previous experience in a sales role is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the energy solutions industry is beneficial
- Proficiency in using advanced sales tools and analytics platforms
