Inside Sales Supervisor - 100% Remote - Direct Hire Opportunity!

THE RIGHT STAFF is currently partnering with a global distributor to identify a talented Inside Sales Supervisor to join their leadership team. In this role, you'll play a key part in steering the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales department, mentoring a remote sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional partners like Marketing and Product Development to fuel business growth.

Essential Job Duties:
  1. Develop actionable sales plans that support revenue growth and long-term business objectives.
  2. Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and strategic accounts through proactive outreach and support.
  3. Mentor, manage, and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives - from onboarding to ongoing training and career development.
  4. Set clear sales targets and performance expectations, using data and feedback to guide team focus.
  5. Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead process improvements to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  6. Track sales activity, customer trends, and market shifts to help shape strategy and identify new opportunities.
  7. Monitor and report on sales metrics, team KPIs, and market activity, providing insights to senior leadership.
  8. Oversee budget responsibilities and incentive programs, ensuring smart use of resources and effective recognition of team contributions.

Minimum Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field highly preferred.
  2. At least 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales required, with 3+ years of inside sales leadership experience required.
  3. 3+ years leading inside/outside sales teams, ideally with experience managing remote or hybrid workforces required.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
  5. Comfort working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, alongside Microsoft Office applications.
  6. Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings, trainings, and industry events.

Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:
  1. Direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits package included.
  2. Position is 100% remote and candidates may be based within the continental US.
  3. US Citizenship and/or lawful permanent residency is required.
  4. Base pay ranges from $70k to $90K + bonus (avg. 20% in monthly commissions).
  5. Core business hours 8 am to 5 pm, some flexibility on start/end times.
