THE RIGHT STAFF is currently partnering with a global distributor to identify a talented Inside Sales Supervisor to join their leadership team. In this role, you'll play a key part in steering the day-to-day operations of the Inside Sales department, mentoring a remote sales team, and collaborating with cross-functional partners like Marketing and Product Development to fuel business growth.

Essential Job Duties:- Develop actionable sales plans that support revenue growth and long-term business objectives.
- Strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, and strategic accounts through proactive outreach and support.
- Mentor, manage, and grow a team of Inside Sales Representatives - from onboarding to ongoing training and career development.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations, using data and feedback to guide team focus.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead process improvements to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activity, customer trends, and market shifts to help shape strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, team KPIs, and market activity, providing insights to senior leadership.
- Oversee budget responsibilities and incentive programs, ensuring smart use of resources and effective recognition of team contributions.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field highly preferred.
- At least 4 years of experience in B2B inside sales required, with 3+ years of inside sales leadership experience required.
- 3+ years leading inside/outside sales teams, ideally with experience managing remote or hybrid workforces required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Comfort working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools, alongside Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for meetings, trainings, and industry events.
Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:- Direct-hire opportunity with competitive benefits package included.
- Position is 100% remote and candidates may be based within the continental US.
- US Citizenship and/or lawful permanent residency is required.
- Base pay ranges from $70k to $90K + bonus (avg. 20% in monthly commissions).
- Core business hours 8 am to 5 pm, some flexibility on start/end times.
