Immediate Opportunity for BDM_US Market_ IT Services_ remote

Experience: 7+ years (US Market)

Mandatory: 7+ years of experience in selling staffing or IT services.

Job Type: Full Time Remote (WFH)

Responsibilities:
  1. Understand our growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  4. Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  5. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  7. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  8. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Requirements and Skills:
  1. Proven working experience as a business development manager with 7+ years of experience in selling staffing or IT services.
  2. Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
  4. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical, to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner.
  5. Willing to work in Night shift (US timings).
