Job summary

AWP Safety, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver excellent service and accurate information, building relationships with current and future customers in traffic control, flagging, and sign install. You'll coordinate set-ups, track projects, and support equipment sales and rentals.

The role emphasizes growth, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability for customer satisfaction. 40+ hour weeks with comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of inside/outside sales experience preferred.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate traffic control set-ups for customers.
• Track projects in our ERP System.
• Grow business by contacting current and potential customers.
• Assist with sales of traffic control equipment, rentals, and signs.
• Follow up and generate leads for future growth.
• Review invoices to ensure accurate customer accounts.
