Qualifications

• Previous metals sales experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong keyboarding and math skills.
• Ability to read purchase orders and organize daily tasks.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, inquiries, orders, expedites and complaints promptly and completely.
• Place outgoing calls for quote follow-ups including expedites.
• Place cold calls to dormant accounts.
• Process orders and inquiries via phone/email.
• Work independently to meet deadlines and accurately complete paperwork.
