Job summary

O'Neal Steel is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Jackson, MS facility. You will identify new sales opportunities and manage existing accounts, serving as the internal coordinator to drive growth and ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to provide the highest level of service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in steel industry.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Aggressive, competitive, and self-motivated attitude.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal account coordinator for assigned accounts.
• Develop new accounts and growth plans for existing accounts.
• Consultative selling and closing of sales.
• Provide quotes and enter orders to initiate sales process.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve delivery issues and complaints.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Support other Inside Sales reps with account management.
