ABC Supply is seeking Inside Sales Associates to provide outstanding service to customers purchasing roofing, building, and remodeling materials. You will determine needs, recommend products, process orders, and coordinate pickups and deliveries with a team-focused environment.

We value 1–2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication, and a proactive, service-oriented attitude. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in roofing, siding, and windows is preferred (roofing supply sales or site work with a crew)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Detail and service-oriented
• Bilingual speaking in Spanish/English is preferred

Responsibilities

• Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions
• Following a product/supply checklist for each customer’s job and up-selling additional products and supplies
• Answering telephones and entering sales orders
• Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
• Coordinating customer pick ups with the warehouse
• Following up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time with all items accounted for
• Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
• Addressing and resolving service concerns, should they arise
